On November 1, 2025, the Entrepreneurs Club (E-Club) proudly hosted the second season of its Speak Series at Utkal University, featuring the inspiring Ms. Jayanti Mahapatra — Founder & CEO of Manikstu Agro and Co-founder & Director of WEneurs Forum. Her presence and passion set the tone for a truly motivating session that left a lasting impact on everyone who attended.

The event began with a fun icebreaker where participants were paired in twos and asked to open each other’s closed fists — a simple yet exciting challenge that sparked laughter and friendly competition. It beautifully highlighted how determination and creativity go hand in hand, even in small moments.

Once the room was energized, Ms. Mahapatra shared her personal and professional journey — from a successful corporate career to becoming an entrepreneur in rural Odisha. Her decision to shift paths, she explained, came from a deep realization of the disparity in the quality of life between urban and rural areas two decades ago. This became her mission: to bridge that gap through sustainable entrepreneurship.
